Program will include an extensive but leisurely hike through the forest and a\nvisit to remains of a former sawmill on Cat Island. Participants should be prepared to cross the\nIntracoastal Waterway via pontoon boat\, as well as around 3 miles of walking on relatively even\nground. Bring a bag lunch and drink.
